Cancellation policy
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
You can cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order. If cancellation is required, please send a cancellation request via our customer service channel. We will process your order within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. The exact time may vary depending on product type and stock availability.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct address.

Notes

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping costs. The cost will depend on the courier service you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not obliged to pay the shipping costs incurred.

Consumers returning products will not be charged a restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Then contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to be credited. If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@bodymexa.com.
